My accountability groups bring together peers to discuss successes and challenges honestly and build a community of colleagues outside of professionally networking, which often focus only on working with or investing in businesses. Rather, they are safe spaces to master the plan > do > act cycle.

How Accountability Groups Work

  • Bi-weekly sessions run for 90 minutes
  • Each session opens with celebrating wins
  • We then check in on goals people are working towards
  • Each member has an opportunity to sit in the Power Seat to ask for insights or support on anything from operations to new lines of business to social media strategies, and more
  • Sessions close with goal setting for the short and long terms
  • Personalized follow-ups keep everyone on track
