In each mastermind meeting, you bring to the group the challenges you are facing, the decisions you need to make, the ideas you want feedback or brainstorming on. You bring what is most important to you and your business and get the help you need.

In additions, in each meeting, we celebrate your wins and successes, follow up on the goals you have set and set new goals for the next meeting so that you can make smart business plans and get things accomplished on a regular basis.

Your ability to manage your time. Allowing you to do more in the same amount of time or the same amount in half the time. Don’t become resentful of your business because you don’t have time to do the things you love.

Your Mindset. Manage the beliefs that shape how you make sense of your world, yourself and your business. Your mindset can be what is keeping you stuck or preventing you from moving forward.

About your Facilitator

Jennifer Kendall, a former corporate accountant who has successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship. It wasn’t an easy journey. During the transition she lost confidence in herself, her choices, struggled with overwhelm and had no time for the things she enjoyed doing.

It was by gaining an understanding of how her personal history contributed to her state of mind. She went on to learn how to overcome these beliefs and how to help others do the same.

Today, her company, Acuity Path, offers entrepreneurs a wellness program where they combine tried and true systems and practices for success along with the tools to do the inner work to support and build a better business while living their best life.

The Flourish and Thrive Membership is key element of the wellness program. Something she wishes she had access to during her transition. Jennifer uses her background as a CPA, multi business owner and an Evolved NLP Master Coach to facilitate the groups.

FAQ’s…

How many Members to a group?

In each group there are 4-8 members. This allows members to bond and form strong relationships

How often do we meet and when?

We meet every two weeks for 90 minutes. The day and time depend on the group.

All meetings take place on zoom.

What is the cost?

The Flourish and Thrive Membership only is $50/month

The Flourish and Thrive Mastermind (including membership) is $300 for a three-month membership and then $100/month after that.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, each new member commits to a minimum of three months. After three months, the member can move to month to month and remain a member as long as they like.

Members are expected to attend and participate in the mastermind meetings. However, we understand that life does happen. Members can miss no more than two mastermind meetings in a three-month period.

How often will I be able to present a challenge, problem or question?

At a minimum you will have the opportunity to get help and support once a month. However, we have found that most members get the help they need when they need it.

How private will these meetings be?

Each member is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement so you can be assured that our conversations are private.

What is the quarterly planning workshop?

The quarterly planning workshop is a three hour workshop that happens at the end of each quarter. In the workshop we will determine/review our annual goals, create quarterly goals and map the goals for success.

This workshop is free to all Flourish and Thrive Membership members. It is optional to attend but members that attend have the best success.

What happens in the working sprints?

The working sprints happen once a month. These working sprints are optional but are effective to hold time and space to work ON your business. Members that schedule and attend the working sprints and use the time to work on their goals achieve faster success.

Do I have to join the Flourish and Thrive Membership first? Can I just join the Flourish and Thrive Membership with out the Mastermind?

The Flouish and Thrive Membership is independent of the Mastermind. Therefore, you can join the membership and gain all the privlidges of the membership without the Mastermind.

You do not have to join the Membership first. However, Membership members have first access to open Mastermind seats where there is a wait list. If you apply to the Membership first, you can enjoy the resourses while you submit your application.
